Accessing the PliggTube forum?

Hi,

I just registered and tried to access the PliggTube section and got the following message:

Blah, you do not have permission to access this page

Is this only for people who have purchased the template. I wanted to read some of the posts and possibly ask a couple questions before buying this template.

First off welcome to the site.

The PliggTube support forum is only accessible to members who have purchased a copy of our PliggTube template to receive support and updates.

We do however have a Pre Sales forum that you can ask any questions that you have about a particular template and we will answer them as best we can for you

You should have access to the pliggDZine forums now where you will find the installation and configuration guides for the template setup.

Bought this template a couple days ago and never heard back from you. Having problems with thumbnails and embeded videos, for some reason the module isn't working properly. Also, I would like to get access to the other part of the forum

Hi Blah,

When you purchased PliggTube you should have received instructions within your email purchase confirmation that you should register your support account here at our forums with the exact same email you used to purchase the template. You registered here with a different email address to the one you used at purchase the template therefore when we were searching for you account by email address over the past few days we couldn't find your profile, understandably so.

You should now have access to the PliggTube support forums and any questions or queries feel free to ask away and i will help as much as possible
